Renaissance Studio, Ltd. (“RSL”) is an emergent movie studio that has invested a decade in a comprehensive analysis of the motion picture industry and the development of the means to exploit:


  • Its extreme content creation dysfunction that largely ignores the viewing preferences of 85%+ of adults. MPA data reveals that the average adult saw only 3 of the 835 movies that were released into theaters in USA/Canada in 2019. This epic failure of the content development practices of the industry represents a huge exploitation opportunity for anyone who can produce the movies that most adults want to see. RSL has developed the strategies, methodologies and content to exploit this opportunity.

Executive Management


​RSL has been created and developed by CEO Donald G. Skipper. He is a three decade veteran of the capital markets and a career business, financial and risk analyst through multiple business, market, political and capital market cycles in every major industry since 1985. He has evaluated hundreds of companies, projects and venture capital scenarios.


This lengthy and diverse experience has enabled Donald to develop strong analytical understandings of history, politics, geopolitics, economics, risk, markets, marketing, education, human resources, media, government, technology, psychology, sociology, screenwriting, motion pictures, the capital markets and the ways all of these factors interact with each other.   


He has tracked the motion picture industry and the cinematic and financial performance of every major studio, producer, distributor and the major directing and performance talent in the industry since 2010.  


He has applied his vast knowledge to the creation of effective film content evaluation metrics and advanced screenwriting methodologies that have been employed to write the 21 feature film screenplays that he has created since 1990. 16 of these scripts are now in the RSL inventory and are designed to launch 10 major film franchise scenarios that are the core of the RSL value proposition to deliver a risk adjusted Alpha that dwarfs other investment scenarios. 


The initial $15 million equity investment will enable Donald to contract the top quartile production talent that is required to produce A2A and execute the RSL business plan to create a $6+ billion IPO profile by year 5. Capital partners will be able to review and approve the leadership of the execution team.
